Dalman Architects designed a new block of 12 guest rooms for the existing 5-star boutique hotel in Rotorua.

The new building features patterned concrete panels and perforated aluminium screens inspired by steam rising from Rotorua’s thermal lakes. It has a clean, modern aesthetic and complements the existing hotel’s black and white colour scheme.

Dalman Architects also designed the interiors for the guest rooms. The interior design blends traditional and modern elements to create a sophisticated, elegant atmosphere.
