Honed concrete block and Zincalume-clad ‘boxes’ combine to provide a contemporary family home with modernist, clean lines. Flexible ground-floor living and dining spaces, polished concrete floors, and distinct children's and parents' bedroom wings on the upper level, achieved the brief for this family-focused layout.

The outdoor living potential of the 2000 sqare metre site was achieved with a strong connection from the interior living areas to the pool, landscaped grounds and full size tennis court.

Courtyards were orientated to suit a variety of conditions, providing shelter from the sun and various wind directions throughout the day.
