The George Hotel is one of New Zealand's few internationally recognised hotels. Over the years, we have refurbished most of the public spaces including Pescatore restaurant, one of New Zealand’s premier restaurants.

The new architecture and interior design has a welcoming warmth and informality appropriate to Christchurch's finest boutique hotel.
