Dalman were awarded a "Highly Commended for Structural Innovation" award for their entry, Filter.

The Mix It Up in Pita Kaik design competition encouraged a mixed use rebuild (integrating commercial and residential activity) that encourages liveability, accessibility and permeability, with a sustainable, energy efficient focus and a strong sense of place.

The competition was endorsed by the Prince of Wales.
