Dalman Architects collaborated extensively with Ewert Leaf and food and beverage specialist James Ingram to craft an exceptional dining environment within the recently completed Hotel Indigo and Apartments development. This project exemplifies a harmonious integration of architectural finesse and interior refinement, resulting in a space that elevates the hospitality experience to new heights.
The design of Bistro Saine is distinguished by bespoke furniture and carefully curated lighting, both of which evoke a refined French elegance that perfectly complements the sophisticated cuisine curated by celebrated executive chef Yutak Son. Every element has been thoughtfully considered to foster an ambiance of understated luxury, providing patrons with an immersive and memorable culinary journey.
