This is a replacement building for Trevinos restaurant and bar function centre that was demolished after the Christchurch earthquakes.

The new building is constructed of precast concrete with a pattern cast in to provide interest and scale.

The ground floor provides restaurant, bar and gaming functions, and the large first floor space is is flexible and well suited to functions or office use.

The outdoor dining area faces north-west for afternoon sun and shelter from the Christchurch ‘easterly’.
