We are thrilled to be the architects behind the transformation of the former iconic Noahs Hotel to the new Sheraton Christchurch!
From its stunning modernist façade to its famous circular stair, every corner of the hotel tells a story of heritage and innovation.
The refurbished hotel will again become the talk of the city, boasting new guest rooms, new riverside restaurant and a rooftop bar.
The new bar will be the highest in Christchurch, offering panoramic views of the city, the Port Hills and the Southern Alps.
We are excited to be partnering with Mainland Capital and Russell Property Group, and Marriott, to bring this project to fruition. Together, we are shaping the future while respecting the past.
