A new 41-storey landmark in downtown Auckland, the development comprises a 250‑key hotel and 30 luxury apartments.

Dalman Architects collaborated with Australian lead architects Studio SC to deliver the project, which was developed by Ninety Four Feet and constructed by Icon.

The design respectfully integrates retained heritage façades fronting Albert Street and St Patrick’s Square.
