Dalman Architects is working with Australian lead architects Scott Carver to deliver this impressive building, to be constructed by Icon and developed by 94 Feet.

As part of our role we checked architectural drawings to ensure compliance with New Zealand Codes and specific council requirements, we wrote the detailed specifications, and we will be observing construction.

Heritage façades fronting onto Albert Street and St Patrick's Square are being retained.

This building is currently under construction.
