This new office building sits beside and complements Transpower's existing brutalist styled buildings on the outskirts of Christchurch.

It provides a light spacious open plan working environment for the office staff. Large glazed areas provide excellent natural light, and laminated timber free spanning structure allows flexibility for any future changes.
